At Maison Parfum we pack every order with great care so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days to all governorates.
- Cash on delivery is available in every governorate.
- Every decant is filled into a secure glass atomiser and packed to protect it from breakage or leakage in transit.
Returns and exchanges
Because our products are decanted fragrances, we follow a specific returns policy that protects quality and hygiene for every customer:
- Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once the atomiser has been opened, for safety and quality reasons.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
- If we send the wrong item by mistake, we will exchange it free of charge.
