How long does delivery take?+
Orders are prepared within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 working days to all governorates.
How much is shipping?+
A flat EGP 60 to every governorate, and shipping is free on orders over EGP 1,999.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes. Cash on delivery is available in every Egyptian governorate — you pay the courier when the order arrives, and you never enter card details on the site.
How do I know the fragrance is original?+
Every decant is poured from a 100% original bottle. We send you a photo of the original bottle and its batch code with your order so you can verify it yourself.
Can I return a fragrance?+
Because of the nature of the product, opened decants cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
Which size should I choose?+
2 ml for a first try (around 28 sprays), 3 ml for about two weeks, 5 ml for a full month, and 10 ml for a fragrance you already love.
